Do you find yourself overwhelmed with your toddler's behavior, unsure of what to do?
 

Do you want accurate, trustworthy information about what to expect with your toddler's behavior, so you can stop scrolling for it every night?

Do you want a safe space to chat with other moms of same age toddlers, going through the exact same thing as you are?

Welcome to Gather & Grow, a virtual experience for moms of toddlers ages 18 months through age 3. More than just a support group, or an educational workshop, these groups will provide:

These groups are rolling, meaning there is no start or end date. Come as you are, with no commitment. Pay as you go, never any contract. They will not be recorded.

We'll cover topics like:

• Supporting tough toddler behavior (hitting, biting, etc)

• Potty training

• Transitions and following routines

• Quiet time and nap transitions

• Co-regulating with your toddler

• Managing your own triggers

• Feeding issues (including Division of Responsibility, BLW, and other hot topics)

• Sibling issues

• Characteristics of neurodivergence and high sensitivity

• Types of parenting (what is is most "gentle")

• Parental burnout

• SO MUCH MORE

$45 per 50-minute group

 

Please note: though topics may be repeated over time, the information presented will always be unique to the people in attendance.

Groups run every other Wednesday at 1pm central time.

​

Sessions are 100% virtual. Payment is non-refundable once charged. Groups are not therapeutic in nature; they are psychoeducation and support groups only and do not replace treatment for mental health disorders from a licensed clinician.
